PRESENTERS:
Yzzer Roman, MBA Candidate
An MBA candidate with an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, Yzzer worked for over 7 years in building design industry prior to joining OTM. He interned with the Smithsonian Institution and served as a consultant in Illinois Business Consulting (IBC).
Steve Wille, Assistant Director & Senior Technology Manager
Steven Wille worked in product development and manufacturing in chemical, medical and electronics companies for more than 28 years prior to joining the OTM. He is an inventor on patents and has authored several papers published in peer reviewed journals.
Karen Higgins, Senior Contracts Officer
Prior to joining the OTM, Karen worked as an in house attorney for a division of the American Chemical Society which collects and licenses scientific information and research tools. Karen’s role at the OTM is to draft license agreements to distribute and protect University intellectual property as well as drafting other intellectual property agreements.
