Recently I was asked by Mike Casey, head of the Media Preservation Initiative at Indiana University, to write a guest piece for the media preservation blog at IU. My post, published a few weeks back, is part of a series of guest posts on the new trend in media preservation programs at academic libraries. Also included in the series are media preservationists from programs at Northwestern, UCLA, University of Virginia, Stanford and Cornell.
This is great outreach for our new media preservation program here at Illinois!
